The Crexent Business Centers Opens Its 4th Location in Fort Lauderdale

October 16 2003 - Ft. Lauderdale, Florida - The Crexent Business Centers held a Grand Opening celebration on September 25, 2003 for its newest location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The Grand Opening festivities kicked off with a ribbon cutting ceremony and a champagne toast with more than 175 people in attendance. After reading a welcome letter from Mayor Jim Naugle, Fort Lauderdale City Commissioner Christine Teel presented The Crexent Business Centers with a key to the city and declared September 25th The Crexent Business Center Day.
The Crexent Business Center is located at 2881 East Oakland Park Boulevard. The company renovated and brought life to the historic Commonwealth Building. The Center features 60 office suites ranging from 95 to 340 square feet, as well as a wide range of amenities from conference rooms to concierge services. The Crexent Business Center in Fort Lauderdale offers professionals office space close to where they live and the convenience of access to major highways and downtown centers.
The evening included an appearance by NewsRadio 610. Guests were able to take photographs with their favorite ³celebrities² and win great prizes, including a grand prize Digital Camera and HP Photosmart 100 printer. Entertainment, food and beverages were provided throughout the event.
