Keeping our staff, customers and community-at-large as safe and healthy as possible is our first priority. Every day brings new information and we are committed to keeping you informed about any new updates that may affect our centers.
Along with serious implications on people's health, COVID-19 (coronavirus) has significantly impacted businesses and the economy all over the world. Notably, small businesses and startups are most severely affected by the pandemic.
Traditional office setups are facing some big challenges since the employees cannot enter their offices. Having to work from home is yet another milestone to achieve for many small business owners.
That being said, our business centers are designed to cater to your business needs especially in these unprecedented times. We offer workspaces, virtual office mailboxes, and meeting rooms. Many small business owners are using our virtual office mailboxes to help run their businesses ‘remotely’ as smoothly as possible.
Our business centers located across Davie, and Fort Lauderdale, are offering a range of business solutions designed for small business owners, freelancers, startups and limited companies. No matter where you are, or where you can’t be, The Crexent can be your business’ Coronavirus support system.

Re: COVID-19

Dear Valued Clients,
Several states and counties are announcing their plans to rescind their Executive Order for the wearing of masks. Our Business Centers will NOT be following suit for any areas that decide to lift this mandate.
These new orders do NOT prevent “business or other establishments from requiring employees or customers to follow additional hygiene measures including the wearing of a face covering.”
Until additional guidance is received from the CDC, face masks are still required to be worn business center wide at all times. This is because we serve customers from not just this country or state but have global visitors as well. We will continue to monitor guidelines from the CDC, and other guiding organizations and will update our standards accordingly.
WHERE SHOULD YOU WEAR YOUR MASK?
We advise you to continue to adhere to the advice around the center on precautionary hygiene measures to take to help keep everyone safe. And as always, customers and employees with underlying medical conditions, who are pregnant, or elderly should take specific advice and care during this uncertain time.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to evolve to ensure safe and healthy workspaces for all.
Kind Regards,
Nancy Rios

Re: COVID-19
Date: January, 13th 2021
The risk for COVID-19 exposure and infection remains and will continue to be in our midst for the foreseeable next several months. Since the start of the pandemic, we have learned a lot about COVID-19 transmission, most notably that there are a large proportion of people who are infected but are asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic, and they play an important part in community spread. The use of face coverings by everyone can limit the release of infected droplets when talking, coughing, sneezing, singing, exercising, shouting, or other forms of increased respiration, and they can also reinforce physical distancing by signaling the need to remain apart. In addition, increasing evidence also demonstrates a cloth face covering or mask also offers some protection to the wearer, too.
The purpose of this guidance is to provide information about when face coverings are required. It mandates that face coverings be worn at all times when on the property, unless one or more of the exceptions outlined below apply. It does not substitute for existing guidance about physical distancing and hand hygiene.
With COVID-19 cases rising and the important role wearing masks plays in preventing community spread, The Crexent Business Centers has made the decision to update our policy on requiring masks on the property effective Immediately.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
We advise you to continue to adhere to the advice around the property on precautionary hygiene measures to take to help keep everyone safe. And as always, customers and employees with underlying medical conditions, who are pregnant, or elderly should take specific advice and care during this uncertain time.
Our main concern has been and continues to be keeping our team members and customers safe during this difficult time. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to evolve to ensure safe and healthy workspaces for all.
Kind Regards,

The health and safety of our employees and our clients is important to The Crexent Business Center Management and The Ward Law Group. We are actively monitoring the latest guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and other public health agencies.
In order to practice social distancing, we will keep the reception area partially closed. When they come into the building lobby and we call you, kindly pick them up at the lobby as soon as possible.
We are increasing cleaning protocols related to high-touch surfaces such as front desk counter, pens, kitchen refrigerator, microwave, elevator buttons, main door knobs, etc.
