1. Click on “Crexent Client Portal” located at the top right corner of the website.
2. Log in by entering your username and password or activate your account by using the email we have on file and temporary password 123456
3. Click on “My Request”
4. Click on “New Request”
5. Enter the issue, with as much details as possible.
6. Click on “Create”

An emergency request is defined as a maintenance problem that causes a safety hazard to clients, or an imminent damage to property, so that fixing it cannot wait until the next business day. A few examples would be a broken pipe, window, or sudden electrical short.
Yes, if you want to delete or cancel the request, you can click on delete, otherwise your request will be handled in the order it was received.
